PURCHASE

At this time, I am able to offer only the prints themselves (no matting or framing), run especially for you in either of two sizes. The actual images vary widely in dimensions, but they will be printed for best fit on your choice of 8.5" x 11" paper or 13" x 19" paper. Margins must be left for the printer's paper-handling feature, so the real sizes of the image areas are up to 7.9" x 9.9" (at least one of those dimensions) or up to 12" x 18" (at least one of those dimensions). (Note: Some of the older art cannot be blown up without bad things happening. I'll tell you if I run into that kind of problem and offer the best solution.)

The prints will be shipped untrimmed to give you optimum flexibility for framing.

Residents of the State of California will be charged 9.25% sales tax. Sorry about that.

ORDERING

All I need is a simple email from you. Be sure to use the name of the art piece (by name and gallery number) you want to purchase, and indicate which of two sizes you want to order. Be sure to include a shipping address with postal code. It might also help if you include a daytime phone (U.S. only).

I will get back to you as soon as possible with a detailed invoice, including an Order ID. If you have questions about those charges or want to change your order, just send another email. Once you have an Order ID, please use it for all email about that order.

When you're ready to place an order, be sure to include your Order ID when you make payment.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made via PAYPAL (http://www.paypal.com) to our Paypal Account (same as our email address): sales@FractalDimensions.com

If you are not already using PayPal, it is easy to sign up and very easy to use. PayPal will accept your credit card or make an authorized withdrawal from your bank account, just like a debit card. PayPal is accepted by millions of World Wide Web merchants and it is available in 103 countries around the world. And there are no fees to you, the buyer. I use it for my own Web purchases and have never had a problem.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

I will send you an email confirmation of your order, then print and ship your artwork as soon as possible after I receive payment notification from PayPal.

Every print is run to order by hand, and each needs a day to dry fully, so please allow a reasonable amount of time for me get it out. If I need more than 3 working days to ship I'll send you an email to tell you.
